Jeffco Public Schools can access Jeffco Public Library’s e-books via our school library system. You can check out these books with your school library login.

What books do I have checked out?
Keep up-to-date on checked-out books or even better teach your students how to log into their accounts and keep track. Follow the simple steps below:
- Visit the Destiny Discover library catalog
- Click on "login" and enter your student ID in the username box.
- Kindergarten to fourth-grade students, your password is your eight-digit birthday.
- Five and six-year-olds, your password is the one you created this school year.

Login directions for Chromebooks
To sign into a Chromebook use the following:
- Students use this email address format: Studentid@jeffcoschools.us (Students only need to put in their ID on the Westridge Chromebooks.)
- Your student's password is their eight-digit birthday without dashes. For example, 08122014.
- If you cannot find the student ID information, please sign into Infinite Campus.
- If you still have questions, contact the Digital Teacher Librarian (DTL).

- You do not need a login to enjoy Code.org. Kindergarten and first grade might want to start with the PreReader Express.
Books
- Storyline Online - Stories are read by celebrities! The students love Enemy Pie, A Bad Case of the Stripes and Clark the Shark.
- Axis 360 - Access online books.
- Click the link. Then select the Axis360 button (near the bottom of the page and “reminds me of a sun”). Log in. Click Jeffco Log In (blue bar). Log in with Jeffco Credentials.
- Jefferson County Public Library - There are so many wonderful online resources through the Jeffco Public Library.
Online resources
- TumbleBooks - Click the online library > Kids and Families > Language Arts and Literature > TumbleBooks
- It’s an online collection of animated talking picture books and chapter books that teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love.
- It includes story books, read-alongs, e-books, graphic novels, nonfiction, videos, math stories, books in Spanish, playlists and puzzles and games.
- Search or browse in Spanish, French or English.
- Book Flix - Click Online Library > Kids and Families > Language Arts and Literature > BookFlix
- Animated storybook classics are paired with theme-related nonfiction e-books.
- The pairs are supported by comprehension activities to build skills, confidence and curiosity.
